Meralco Management and Leadership Development Center, Associated Ship Management renew partnership

After a year of successfully conducting the Sharpening Aptitudes in Leadership (SAIL) program for Associated Ship Management (ASM-Manila), Meralco Management and Leadership Development Center (MMLDC) renewed its partnership with the shipping firm and its training center, Intership Training Navigation Inc. The pilot program, which started in 2007, was institutionalized as a key component in the career management of ASM’s officers, with MMLDC as a strategic partner. Present during the MOA signing were (seated, l-r) ASM managing director Alberto Gomez, ISN training manager Capt. Rene Dzicki, MMLDC managing director Vivien Arnobit and associate director for marketing Angelina Tibayan.
