Daniel Lopez Layug, 22, is the son of Rina Lopez Bautista. He is a Georgetown University senior majoring in finance and Chinese. The Sagip Kapamilya-Simon of Cyrene (SKSC) Village in Peñafrancia, Daraga, Albay was organized by Sagip Kapamilya in partnership with Simon of Cyrene Children’s Rehabilitation and Development Foundation for differently-abled people and their families, other vulnerable groups and community workers who lost their homes during typhoon Reming in 2006.
