Korean drama fans are in for the biggest summer treat as ABS-CBN premieres on May 8 two of the biggest Koreanovelas of 2016 - "Legend of the Blue Sea" and "Goblin" - starring Lee Min Ho and Geong Yoo.
“Legend of the Blue Sea” marks the return of Lee to Philippine television after ABS-CBN aired “The Heirs” in 2014. The series also stars one of Korea’s soughtafter leading ladies, Jun Ji-Hyun.
Afternoon viewing gets more exciting with the love story of mortal Andrei and immortal mermaid Sheena. Watch as Sheena finds Andrei in his new persona in the present time and rekindles the love they had in their past lives.
Meanwhile, the magic of love continues on Primetime Bida with the groundbreaking Korean fantasy drama “Goblin.” the series formally welcomes “ Train to Busan” star Gong Yoo as a Kapamilya and “My Girl” leading man Lee Dong Wook in his PH TV comeback.
“Goblin” follows the journey of a general cursed to live forever as a Goblin, an immortal protector of souls. After 900 years, he meets a woman that can end the curse. He, however, falls in love and risks both their lives in the name of love.
