LGFI executive director Cedie Lopez VargasMore than 400 participants attended the February edition of the HR Council-Lopez Lifelong Wellness Walk the Talk (WTT) held at the Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown Naval Station in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
This wellness event was sponsored by Lopez Group Foundation Inc. (LGFI), Lopez Inc., Eugenio Lopez Foundation Inc., INAEC and Adtel.
INAEC’s Aldi Dexter Ampong welcomed the participants. Prior to that, Lt. Reimon Retaga gave a brief overview regarding the venue, which is the home of the Philippine Marine Corps.
The group then took part in Marines-style warm-ups led by a Marine; this was followed by more exercises courtesy of Whiplash’s Trini Trinidad and the Rockwell Club.
Before the group trudged the planned walking route, Rolly Vargas delivered a short safety briefing to further ensure the safety of the participants along the way.
