Start with one of Idalia’s signature favorites: the sourdough focaccia baked with a crisp, golden crust and a light, airy crumb. Served alongside the restaurant’s silky house hummus, it’s a pairing perfect to begin your meal.

For the pasta course, don’t miss the handmade vongole. Tossed with fermented chili, pangrattato and fragrant garlic confit, it delivers layers of savory flavor with just the right amount of heat.

Made for sharing, the Iberico pork is one of Idalia’s signature mains. Served with wood-fired roasted cabbage, a rich plum glaze and velvety fermented cauliflower purée, it’s a hearty plate that brings the kitchen’s open-fire cooking to the forefront. To end on a sweet note, Idalia serves desserts that showcase local Filipino ingredients, like the ube panna cotta with jackfruit and coconut.
