Lopez Museum, along with the Roberto M. Lopez Conservation Center, will be moving to its new home in Makati.
After more than 30 years in Benpres Building, theIt was in April of 1986 when the Lopez Museum found a new home in Pasig. From its original home in Pasay, the institution and its collection moved to the ground floor of Benpres Building to continue the vision of founder Eugenio Lopez Sr. Since then, the institution has hosted numerous exhibitions highlighting the visual arts and its Filipiniana library collection, bringing together historical contexts and contemporary art and issues.
As the galleries close, the museum thanked all those who have supported its endeavors in the past decades. The library, meanwhile, will continue its operations until next year.
The Lopez Museum and Library is at the ground floor, Benpres Building, Exchange Road cor. Meralco Avenue, Pasig City. Museum days and hours are Mondays to Saturdays, except holidays, 8am-5pm.
