NOW one of the longest-running corporate-led climate science explainer series in the country, “Climate in 2 Minutes,” an initiative under First Gen’s Create for the Climate, continues to bridge climate science, policy and real-world action.

Climate change is no longer a distant risk. It is accelerating, with impacts becoming more interconnected and harder to manage. For the Philippines, one of the most climate-vulnerable countries in the world, solutions cannot remain small, fragmented or short-lived.

Season 5 of “Climate in 2 Minutes” shifts the conversation from awareness to scaling. It asks a critical question: What makes climate action spread and last?

Episode 1 sets the stage. While effective climate solutions already exist, the challenge is ensuring they move beyond isolated pilots and become embedded in systems, institutions and everyday decision-making. Climate action only protects more people when systems change and when those systems are built to reach everyone.

Watch and follow the new season of “Climate in 2 Minutes” as we move from small wins to lasting impact, building a more resilient and regenerative Philippines. (D. Toledo)
