ArteFino returns to 8 Rockwell on August 30-September 2, 2018, redefining the much sought-out craft fair that launches the holiday buying season.
Organized and curated by Cedie Lopez Vargas, Susie Quiros, Marimel Francisco, Maritess Pineda and Armita Rufino, this artisan fair highlights the finest in the Filipino. Over 70 selected retailers join the collective as it gears up to bring unique offerings that are sometimes available only to the overseas buyer or whose creators simply have no venue to present their work.
The fair promises a new shopping experience with new offerings. ArteFino will have the largest selection of artisans outside the export market. The four-day fair encourages a wide demographic to appreciate the impeccably large selection of items made for the the fair.
Patrons of modern Filipino craft will have an opportunity to see all-new lines from the participating exhibitors. Each vendor prepared new look books and an expanded product selection to provide the shoppers a different experience. “Local is the new international” is the focus of ArteFino this year. International quality, supporting local entrepreneurship and showcasing artisanal art are the key elements of ArteFino.
ArteFino continues to support local communities with the HeArteFino development program. This year, the program is devoting its efforts in supporting living traditions that may be lost as the generations that follow these living artists decide to devote their careers to modern-day living.
