Certification International Philippines Inc. recently reaccredited Asian Eye Institute for its triple ISO certification. The recognition comes at just the right time as Asian Eye prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary next year.
“The feat reflects our commitment to providing high-quality eye care to each patient. These certifications recognize the collective efforts of our staff and community partners,” says Asian Eye SVP and chief of customer services Dr. Patricia Dimanlig-Manuel. “We are grateful to Certification International for guiding us. May this serve as a reminder to motivate us to provide the best eye care experience while adhering to top global standards for healthcare service and innovation.”
Asian Eye was certified for ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 4 5 0 0 1 : 2 0 1 8 (occupational health and safety management). These certifications continue to reaffirm the organization’s c o m m i t m e n t to providing its patients with the safest and most effective eye care treatment possible.
Certification International Philippines Inc. is an organization that provides ISO certification and other management certifications. It works with leading businesses worldwide to ensure the highest standards of policies and procedures. The group assesses companies for compliance with international standards for quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and information security management systems.
Asian Eye-Rockwell, in particular, has been the only ambulatory eye care center with a triple ISO certificate since 2006. Asian Eye also received Accreditation Canada International accreditation in 2011 and achieved its highest accreditation, Diamond level, in 2022.
Today, Asian Eye enjoys the largest ambulatory eye care network in the Philippines, operating seven clinics across Metro Manila and Batangas. It has established itself as a leader in progressive diagnostic and surgical practices for eye conditions such as refractive errors, cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and more.
Asian Eye’s main clinics are located at Phinma Plaza, with a satellite Vision Center in Power Plant Mall, both of which are in Rockwell Center, Makati. There are also branches in TriNoma, Quezon City; SM Mall of Asia, Pasay; and Commercenter Alabang. Meanwhile, other dedicated Asian Eye branches at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center in Santo Tomas, Batangas, and Williams Center Building, Mandaluyong, are continuously growing to serve a wider market.
In 2022, Asian Eye launched Vision Center at Power Plant Mall. It is the only center in the Philippines equipped with cutting-edge ZEISS diagnostic technology, specializing in precision vision care. Asian Eye optometrists provide personalized vision assessments and specialty solutions. Among their services are children’s eye care, prescription sports eyewear, customized digital lenses, various treatments and contact lens services.
