LINKED Group: Powering national security, protecting what matters most

Hits: 1728
Twitter

THE LINKED Group actively protects the nation’s most critical sectors, earning a solid reputation built on discipline, quality service and unwavering vigilance. From power generation and financial institutions to utilities and government agencies, the LINKED Group stands as the trusted partner of vital industries across the Philippines.

For over 20 years, powered by the coalition of six established agencies—Goldlink Security, Southlink Security, Silver Link Security, Powerlink Security, Goldlink Training School and Goldlink Protective and Detective Services—the LINKED Group has brought decades of collective expertise to every client. Their edge lies in delivering client-focused, customized solutions that inspire peace of mind at every turn.

Driven by core values of integrity, operational excellence, innovation, employee welfare and nationalism, the LINKED Group consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism and service. Their mission is clear: deliver dependable, top-tier solutions that ensure safety and continuity for every client they serve.

The LINKED Group believes that quality service saves lives and protects communities. This belief is reflected in numerous recognitions, including the Outstanding Performance in General Services award at the Maynilad TAP Awards. Their firefighting-trained personnel dominated the 3rd City Urban Fire Olympics in Batangas, taking home multiple awards and the overall champion title. In April, the Philippine National Police commended the group for their swift, effective action in apprehending minors involved in theft in Anonas, Quezon City.

Their commitment to excellence fueled the LINKED Group’s expansion into even more critical sectors. They now secure Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Social Security System (SSS) branches, further cementing their nationwide presence.

Safeguarding SSS

On May 1, 2025, the group officially assumed responsibility for safeguarding all SSS offices across Luzon following their successful bid in the January 2025 government procurement process. This marks a major expansion from their initial deployment at the SSS main office in the National Capital Region in February 2024.

With the new contract, the LINKED Group now secures 81 SSS branches in the region, deploying almost 300 highly trained personnel equipped with modern communication and surveillance tools to ensure a consistent and professional security presence. The team is tasked with safeguarding both employees and the transacting public.

The group’s successful experience with the BSP, particularly in managing difficult-to-reach sites with limited headquarters personnel, played a key role in refining their logistics and operational adaptability—skills crucial for managing the SSS deployment across remote areas in Luzon.

Col. Domingo Dulay Jr. (Ret.), director for security operations, emphasized that preparations began immediately after the contract was awarded on March 17, 2025.

“We are proud to be entrusted with this responsibility. Our personnel are trained to manage high foot traffic while maintaining safety and order. The success of this rollout is due in large part to the leadership of our EVP-general manager, Rozel Narag,” Dulay noted.

The milestone underscores the LINKED Group’s growing reputation as a reliable safety and security solutions provider. Their expanded role enhances the operational efficiency and safety of SSS facilities and supports the broader goal of building public trust in government institutions through dependable and responsive safety and security services.

Deployment anniversary

Meanwhile, the group’s security detachment at Maynilad Ipo Dam marked its second deployment anniversary with a dual-purpose celebration that underscored social responsibility and professional readiness. The milestone was commemorated through a community outreach program and the annual fire suppression training seminar for all Common Purpose Facilities Ipo Dam security personnel.

As part of the community outreach effort, they organized a feeding program and distributed pre-loved clothes to the Dumagat tribe in Norzagaray, Bulacan, reflecting the group’s ongoing commitment to supporting the surrounding communities. The activity brought smiles to many families while strengthening the bond between the security team and the community they help protect.

In conjunction with the outreach, all security professionals—both tenured and newly deployed—participated in the annual fire suppression training seminar. This training is a crucial part of Maynilad’s compliance with Department of Labor and Employment safety regulations, ensuring that all personnel are wellequipped to handle emergency situations. More than a compliance measure, it reinforces the importance of maintaining a learning attitude, enhancing knowledge and preparedness across the team.

This celebration was made even more meaningful through the strong support of the Maynilad management, whose trust and partnership have been vital to the success of the detachment. The LINKED Group remains deeply committed not only to Maynilad but also to all their clients, delivering consistent, high-quality service rooted in safety, discipline and community care.

Through this well-rounded celebration, the LINKED Group honored two years of dedicated service at Ipo Dam and demonstrated its core values of community involvement and professional excellence.

To guarantee excellence in service, the LINKED Group holds certifications in ISO 9001:2015 (quality management systems) and ISO 22301:2012 (business continuity management systems). Their shared services arm, Third Generation Holdings Corporation, also boasts ISO 27001:2013 certification for information security management—proof of the group’s dedication to secure, resilient operations.

The LINKED Group goes beyond conventional security. With their comprehensive approach that includes safety and security management, safety and security officers, emergency response, medical response and electronic security systems, they ensure seamless business continuity and resilience.
