I have decided to hold a contest. A simple yet highly effective way to instill the Lopez Credo in our hearts. I’m posting a copy of our credo to guide you in this challenge.

What I want you to do, is to share in 2-4 sentences how you apply the Lopez values in your daily work. I, together with the Oscar Summit team, will be selecting the best story.

HOW TO JOIN:

PROMO PERIOD:
1. You may submit your entry from January 31, 2011 up to 3PM of February 18, 2011 SELECTION/VALIDATION/ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
1. The Oscar’s Summit team will be pre-selecting the top 30 best entries from all the entries submitted by February 19, 2011
2. Mr. Oscar M. Lopez will personally review the pre-selected entries and will choose the best story. Employment status will of the entrant of the winning story will be validated by the company’s HR group.
3. Winner will be posted at the Oscar’s Summit site on February 25
4. Awarding
a. For Employees within Metro Manila – a meet and greet with Chairman Emeritus, Oscar M. Lopez will be arranged. OML will be personally handing over the prize to the winner.
b. For Employees outside of Metro Manila – prize will be sent via courier. The Oscar Summit team will also be getting in touch with you regarding the shipment details and arrangements
