Anacelle Layug

Layug is a Columbia University master’s in real estate development candidate. She was awarded the 2017 Nudge Award for her focus on sustainable communities at the Peace Palace in The Hague. She is licensed as a real estate practitioner. Layug previously worked in the business development team of Rockwell Land. She worked for six years in investment banking (infrastructure project finance) at First Metro Investment Corporation. She graduated with a bachelor’s in legal management from Ateneo de Manila University in 2010 and an international business degree from ESC Rennes School of Business in France. Layug is a TEDx (Netherlands) speaker.

Bautista is an expert in residential community management. He has been the head of property management for over 30 years at several longstanding condominiums. After his master’s in New York, he began working at Zeta Realty, one of the Philippines’ first real estate developers. Bautista is an experienced dormitory operator.

Gadric Chusenfu

Gadric Chusenfu

Chusenfu has over a decade in construction and operations experience. Prior to PeoplePods, he developed and managed over seven hectares of industrial and commercial space and handled leasing operations for its corporate tenants. He has a bachelor’s in political science from De La Salle University and an LLB from Arellano University School of Law.
