G-Eco Tours is an offshoot of ABS-CBN's Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc., ecotourism projects under Bantay Kalikasan (BK). The vision is a Philippines with eco-friendly tourism practices that supports sustainable community-building efforts and responsible care for the environment.

The ecotourism sites that have developed around the Philippines are those that previously suffered environmental problems such as dynamite fishing, illegal logging, irresponsible mining, and the like.

Communities living in poverty resort to destructive practices out of desperation and lack of opportunity. The ecotourism projects allow Filipino communities to sustain their living requirements by protecting their local environment. Crucial in the success of the ecotourism sites are the partnerships with local government, related government agencies and other private sector players.

G-EcoTours operates five sites: Palawan, Sarangani, Sorsogon, Romblon, Iba and recently Guimaras. The key components of the tour offering is to engage travelers through eco-agri-volun-tour opportunities, showcase the unique lifestyle of each locality, feature communities' efforts and their local products and to develop competencies of communities relevant to tourism.
