• The e-commerce platform www.oshopping.com.ph is launched
• O Shopping gets additional channels via SKYcable Regional and BEAM
2015
• A new and improved ecommerce platform and payment gateway are rolled out
• An in-house call center is set up with expert agents that know the ins and outs of all O Shopping products and promos, allowing them to confidently answer customer queries
• The O Shopping program begins shooting in high definition

• Becomes faster and more agile with its own in-house digital marketing group that handles all digital content, such as the O Shopping website and banner ads
• Starts doing twice-weekly Facebook Live broadcasts for TV and web products, allowing the hosts to talk more comprehensively about the features of the products and to interact with customers
