First Balfour receives two accolades from Texas Instruments (TI) Philippines Inc.—a recognition for achieving a Zero Accident record in a Building Expansion Project in Clark, the best safety record compared with 12 other TI projects of similar size and type around the world; and the 2011 Texas Instruments Regional Supplier Recognition Award, the only construction service provider of TI worldwide given the award for the year 
Transfers to its new corporate facility in Sucat, Parañaque which integrates its corporate head office with its plant operations division.
