A collaboration of epic proportions is coming this September as Hero TV and Primetrade Asia Inc. present the rise of the cosplay (costume play) empire with the Hero Face Off 2014 during the launch of the Best of Anime (BOA).
The Hero Face Off on September 21 is now on its fifth year of showcasing the best of cosplay in the Philippines. The event celebrates the distinct Pinoy creativity as embodied in the year’s ultimate cosplay battle.
This year’s Hero Face Off competition will be divided into three categories: Kids Squad, League of Heroes and Face Off. The Hero Face Off is now also open to Filipino characters.
The judges for the Hero Face Off include Hero TV channel head Jojo Neri-Estacio, Primetrade Asia president Irene Lloren, Hero Face Off 2013 winner Erica Garbin and Hero TV anime jock Myrtle Sarrosa.
The Hero Face Off 2014 will happen in the midst of the two-day BOA 2014, which continues to bring the culture, art and fun entertainment of Japan to the Philippines at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay.
