Organized by SKY’s Marketing and HROD teams, the product blitz activities are quarterly learning sessions where employees are updated about the company’s products, services and upcoming activities. The intent of these activities is for the employees to be more knowledgeable about the offerings of the company so that they can more effectively serve customers and become ambassadors of the company’s services. During the months of May and June, SKY held product blitz activities in its offices in Vergara, Mandaluyong; Tektite, Pasig; Reliance, Pasig; Cavite; and Laguna. The product blitzes were held in packed rooms with a lot of SKY employees listening, learning and participating during the discussion. (Dimpy Jazmines)
