The stars of “Senior High” are back for its sequel series, “High Street,” where a new web of explosive revelations unravel as more characters enter the picture.
The series airs at 9:30 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5 and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. It streams on iWantTFC 48 hours before the TV broadcast.
“High Street” is set five years after the graduation of Northford High students led by Sky (Andrea Brillantes). Coming from their traumatic high school stage involving teenage problems and personal issues, the story shifts its focus to the real world as the characters enter adulthood.
Aside from the returning cast members, new characters such as Dimples Romana, Romnick Sarmenta, Harvey Bautista, AC Bonifacio and Ralph de Leon add more excitement to the story.
“High Street” opens with the reunion of Northford High students as they catch up on their respective careers—Sky is an up-and-coming journalist, Gino (Juan Karlos) is thriving in law school, Tim and Poch (Zaijian Jaranilla and Miggy Jimenez) are going strong, and Roxy (Xyriel Manabat) balances her nurse duties with being a single mom.
Archie (Elijah Canlas) is imprisoned overseas while his sister Z’s (Daniela Stranner) mental health problems continue to haunt her. Although the Northford High alumni have high hopes for their future, their lives will be in peril once more when Z is kidnapped.
As Sky and her friends, together with Sky’s mom Tanya (Angel Aquino), uncover the kidnapping incident, dark secrets arise and the Northford nightmare that they once thought was over is actually far greater than they have ever imagined.
“High Street” is directed by Onat Diaz and Lino Cayetano. It also stars Tommy Alejandrino, Gela Atayde, Mon Confiado, Kean Cipriano, Ana Abad Santos, Gerald Madrid, Inka Magnaye, Angeli Bayani and Rans Rifol.
The show is available to viewers in and out of the Philippines on iWantTFC; viewers outside of the Philippines can also watch “High Street” on TFC on cable and IPTV.
