The NSO, DFA and Pilipinas Teleserv Inc. have teamed up for the NSO birth certificate delivery helpline and DFA express passport delivery, which provide a 24- hour, seven-day-a-week request and delivery service to “everyone from Batanes to Jolo.” For offices, the partners offer mobile processing and group order requests to ensure faster and more efficient processing.
