Position Title PAYROLL AND BILLING STAFF
Location

Unit 512-513 5 th Floor East Tower, Tektite Building, Exchange Road, Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Description

• Timekeeping records
• Review and check payroll computations. Reconcile discrepancies
• Records payroll adjustments or retroactive increases.
• Prepares bank advice and pay slip
• Prepares monthly remittances of premiums for SSS, HDMF, & Philhealth
• Prepares post payroll reports
• Computation of final pay
• Prepares billing details
• Types billing documents per client per billing period
• Prepares semi-monthly billing, collection details and itemized billing invoice and records amounts due per services
• Verification of billing data
• Keep records of invoices and support

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Banking, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent
• Computer literate, keen on details, trustworthy and patient
• With good oral/written communication and time management skills
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

Position Title ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
Location

Job Description

• Perform General Accounting functions (maintenance of General Ledger and Subsi Ledgers)
• Records daily financial transaction
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Prepare and file regulatory requirements (BIR)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Professional License is an advantage
• Required skill(s): Computer Literate, Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, Good oral and written communication skills, Time Management Skills, Trustworthy, Patient, and Keen on details
• Willing to work on extended hours
