FPH declares dividends for common shares

The board of directors of First Philippine Holdings Corporation, in its meeting on Nov. 10, 2023, approved the declaration of cash dividends on common shares in the amount of P1.10 per common share. These will be payable on Dec. 18, 2023 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 28, 2023.

First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) has donated handwashing stations to 15 more public schools in its two host cities in Batangas as part of the company’s support to help control the spread of infectious diseases and promote proper hygiene among schoolchildren.
