Reports to the President as Head of the Agency. In-charge of the
company’s security force. Directly responsible for the internal and
external affairs of the Agency. Manages the Operations Department
and translates policies and programs relative to its operations into
action.

• of any four-year course in College
• With previous Security Operations/Admin experience
• Military background is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• With good organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in security risk and assessment, security survey, safety and investigation
• Certified Security Practitioner is a plus
• Must be articulate in dealing with Client
