Francince Diaz, Kyle Echarri, Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes highlight the need for responsible use of social media while exploring the dangerous consequences in the anthology series “Click, Like, Share.”
It premieres on June 5 with a new episode dropping every Saturday on KTX and iWantTFC, and will soon be available on TFC IPTV and Upstream.
In the first episode “Reroute,” Brennan’s (Kyle) addiction to social media takes a turn for the worse when an app attempts to control his life. In “Cancelledt,” Karen (Francine) is caught off guard when her seemingly perfect life online becomes a reality.
In the third episode called “Trending,” Cocoy (Seth) manipulates the truth about a viral story. Beth (Andrea) faces the consequences of her actions in “Poser,” where a face-morphing app produces a clone that takes over her life.
“Click, Like, Share” will also feature The Squad Plus members Danica Ontengco and Renshi de Guzman, as well as Jimuel Pacquiao and Nio Tria who will be making their acting debut in the series.
The first episode of “Click, Like, Share” premieres on June 5 at 6 p.m., with each succeeding episode dropping on June 12, June 19 and June 26 at 6 p.m.
To watch the four episodes, simply buy a season pass on KTX (P299) or iWantTFC (P299 in the Philippines or $5.99 outside the Philippines). Ticket buyers on KTX will get bonus features and a chance to join the fan meet for each episode.
