Making Envi Month of June more exciting, Lopez employees can participate in Healthy Steps Challenge 2024, which is one of the official activities in the Lopez Envi Festival.

Healthy Steps Challenge 2024 improves on the similar challenge done for Envi Month last year, as it now uses one app platform that’s common to all, and features simplified rules.

The challenge encourages participants to produce as many steps as they can during Envi Month, with the top individual and company winners having trees planted in their name.

Here are the mechanics of Healthy Steps Challenge 2024:

1. This challenge is open to all current Lopez Group employees nationwide.
2. From Google Play Store or Apple App Store, participants must download the Pacer app. It’s free, and the features that will be used for this challenge are free, so there’s no need to subscribe to the app’s premium offer.
3. Create your own Pacer account. Name/rename yourself in this format: NAME LOPEZ COMPANY INITIALS. For example, Yiessa Borbon LGFI.
4. Click the “Challenge” tab at the bottom right of the screen. Go to the address bar at the top of the screen. Enter this challenge code:B9W4Q03V.
5. Alternatively, you can also join the challenge by using this URL, bit.ly/HSC2024, or by scanning the challenge QR shown here.
6. From June 4 to 30, 2024, participants are encouraged to take as many steps as they can in a day.
7. Do not forget to take a screencap of the app screen that shows your number of steps in a day. If you missed taking a screencap of a particular day, you can go back to your steps for that day by clicking on the calendar icon.
8. By July 3, 2024 participants must pick three of their best days to upload. Go to the challenge’s Google Form using this link, bit. ly/HSC2024top3days, or by scanning the QR code on this page.
9. After July 3, the following sets of winners will be declared:
   1. Top 10 individuals with the highest average number of steps
   2. Top 10 Lopez companies with the greatest number of participants (by percentage)
   3. Top 10 Lopez companies with the greatest number of average steps (by percentage)
10. Winners will be verified through the Lopez companies’ HR representatives. Once announced, trees will be planted in the winning individuals’ and companies’ names during the scheduled tree-planting activity.
