Engineer Martin LanuzaBenpres Building has a new caretaker in engineer Martin Lanuza.

The latest addition to the Facilities Management Services team of First Philippine Realty Corporation will be in charge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, sewage treatment plant, regulatory compliance and ESH matters for Benpres Building, said building administrator Rico de Manzana.

Lanuza graduated with a BS Mechanical Engineering degree from Bicol University and passed the licensure examination in 2012. He has three years’ experience in building maintenance, specifically in electrical, elevator, plumbing, mechanical, general carpentry and Building Monitoring System.
