Ernie ImperialErnie Imperial has been appointed president of Infopro Business Solutions Inc. (IBSI) effective Sept. 1, 2023.

Imperial will work with leaders from across the company to strengthen IBSI’s digital and shared services strategy and operations, accelerate cross-functional initiatives and explore digital-first opportunities.

The appointment of Imperial, who is concurrently chief digital officer and group head of IT at First Philippine Holdings Corporation, follows the retirement of president and chief operating officer Francisco Lecaroz Jr. Lecaroz will serve as senior adviser until December 2023. After serving as executive vice president and COO, Lecaroz became president of IBSI in 2022, during which he grew the company’s revenue fivefold to over P300 million and transformed operations to elevate delivery capabilities for its IT and BPO business units.
