Kapamilya child stars face off in the Grand Showdown of “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”

Your Face Sounds Familiar KidsThe eight cute and adorable kids of “Your Face Sounds FamiliarKids” are down to their last transformation and performance as all of them have been called for theGrand Showdown happening this week at the Resorts World in Manila, airing on April 8 and 9 (Manila time) in key countries worldwide via TFC, and streaming live via TFC online (TFC.tv) also in key countries worldwide.

For more than three months, the talented child stars “Dance Sweetheart”AC Bonifacio, “Bibong Child Wonder" Alonzo Muhlach, “Breakout Child Star”Awra Briguela, “Big Shot Belter” Elha Nympha, “Musikerong Charmer”Justin Alva, “Young Diva ng Masa” Lyca Gairanod, “Talented Cutie”Sam Shoaf, and “Daytime Princess” Xia Vigor have undergone amazing transformations.

Witness to this are the three judgesMr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano, singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid, andMegastar Sharon Cuneta, plus host, international R & B star Billy Crawford who, together with the viewers were entertained and were in awe of the kids’ performances.

“Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”even made waves internationally, especially after Vigor’s impersonation of international singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, which caught the attention not only of the netizens but also by the international media.

The local franchise also consistently topped local ratings, with an all-time high of 39.4%, according to data from Kantar Media Kantar Media TAM or TV Audience Measurement, a local audience viewership measurement company.

Last week, it was announced that the eight contestants will be part of the grand finals, instead of just four of them moving forward. Dark horse Alva was also the last weekly winner of the season for his impersonation of reggae icon Bob Marley.

Weekly winners like Alva got to donate to their chosen charities. For theGrand Showdown, the winner will take home Php 1,000,000, a house and lot and an Asian tour.

For their final transformations and performances, the eight kids will choose who they will impersonate. Their scores for the final performance will be composed of 50% from the total scores they earned from the 13 weeks of performances, and 50% from the text votes in the Philippines.

Who among Bonifacio, Muhlach, Briguela, Nympha, Alva, Gairanod, Shoaf and Vigor will be hailed as the first “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” grand winner?
