Matteo and SarahKapamilya hunk Matteo Guidicelli recently joined a triathlon in the Cebu and received a surprise from girlfriend Sarah Geronimo that no one saw coming as he finished the race.

Meanwhile, dragonboat paddler prospect Carlo Bautista also shares his dual life of being an athlete and a student. The 19-year old chose to focus on his studies and athletics as a way of giving back to his mother who is an overseas Filipino worker.

Dyan Castillejo, on the other hand, troops to Camarin to have a Zumba dance with the school children in the area. The dance routine exercises in the Dyanfit segment was made part of the ongoing health and wellness program spearheaded by school administrators in Camarin.

“Sports U” aims to promote athletes who have inspiring stories to share and may possibly become future sports stars of the country. It also promotes fitness and healthy lifestyle by looking into how celebrities stay in shape.
