Christmas cheer, done Rockwell

Twitter

Your favorite Christmas holiday destination has kick-started the season with a thrilling lineup of activities and the muchawaited Christmas car raffle.

This year, Rockwell is giving away two brand-new Land Rover Defenders—yes, two Defenders! To join the raffle for the Land Rover Defender 110, you must spend a minimum of P3,000 at Power Plant Mall establishments from Nov. 3, 2023 to Jan. 31, 2024. And by spending a single or accumulated purchase of P500,000, the odds of winning the Land Rover Defender 90 become even greater.

Rockwell is making it easier for you to join the raffle: simply scan your Rockwellist QR code at an establishment’s designated scanner for raffle entries; you can earn rewards points at the same time. Plus, you can double your entries when you shop and dine in Rockwell on Dec. 25 and 26, 2023; Jan. 8 and 9, 2024; and Jan. 22 and 23, 2024. For the full mechanics, visit https://therockwellist.com.

Holiday fairs unleashed

The Rockwell experience continues to be cheery with everything Christmassy happening all at once! On Nov. 10 to 12, Rockwell Center Bacolod, in partnership with Sugarsmiles Philippines Management Inc., brought together homegrown Negrense chefs through the Namit Namit Food Festival.

The three-day food fair sated guests’ appetite for traditional cuisines, such as marinated and smoky chicken inasal from JT’s Manukan, Bacolod Chicken Inasal and Inasalan sa Dalan; and homestyle Negros dishes such as kansi, “KBL” (kadios, baboy, langka) and chorizo from Patpat’s Kansi, Mit-Namit Food Hub and Ereñeta-Manaloto Chorizo de Bacolod. For continental flavors, guests went for the gourmet sandwiches, paella, hams and pastries from Grem’s Deli, Elsie’s and Manolo’s. Finally, they satisfied their sweet cravings with famous Negros desserts from Quan, El Ideal, Fresh Start and Marissa’s Artisan Ice Cream & Pies.

Fun, yummy treats excited customers at the Food Truck Fest at the Plaza Driveway from Nov. 13 to 19. The event featured food trucks from Moët & Chandon, Happy Truck by FGC (NYFD, Liang Crispy Rolls and Macao Imperial Tea), Milk Lab, Kraken Takoyaki, Picole Healthy Ice Pops and MOS Burger.

Rockwell held their outdoor Christmas Fairs offering unique gifts from Nov. 20 to Dec.10 at the Plaza Driveway. Visitors savored delicious flavors from Butterboy, Sobra MNL, 2nd Street Oysters, Fiasfud, J-Gyu, Frankie’s Hungry Homies, Khao Khai and more, while unique items from Artisanat Handmade featuring local linen clothing and footwear for women, Heart Factory Accessories, crystal bracelets from Paul Raymond Studio, wellness supplements from Ancient & Brave, Fig & Vine Floral Studio, Spruce Plant Shop, Yoga Love and a lot more offered up an array of gift choices.

Santa’s surprise

At The Grove Retail Row in Pasig on Dec. 15 to 17, visitors shopped their favorites from The Rockwellist and had their fill of appetizing treats from Zuki: Modern Poke and Sushi, Mang Cesar, 2nd Street Oysters, J-Gyu, Mr. Chops, Chick‘n Egg, Berry’s Deli, Panaderro and Coolava. Bearing their Christmas lists, shoppers picked out gift items for their loved ones from Heart Factory Accessories, Paul Raymond Studio, Ancient & Brave, WeNourish, Amber and Anne, and even Paleo Pet.

For kids and adults alike, Santa Claus made his surprise appearances around Rockwell! At Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan, the little ones enjoyed their very own Kids’ Corner, complete with activities, on Dec. 9 to 10.

Adding to the thrill is an allnew collection of Rockwellist merchandise—from stylish totes, cuddly stuffed pandas to delectable confections—on shop.TheRockwellist.com.

Live performances

Live performances across different Rockwell properties added vibrant holiday energy to the atmosphere! At the Proscenium Retail Row, guests delighted in Vince Lahorra’s soulful melodies on Dec.16 and Quartet Manila on Dec. 17.

At Power Plant Mall, shoppers experienced the rhythms with 9 Works Theatrical on Dec.17 and Dec. 22, and were serenaded by the Mandaluyong Children’s Choir on Dec. 23.

Amidst this festive ambience, Rockwell extends an invitation to overseas Filipino workers to make their homecoming this Christmas season extra special. As a token of appreciation, exclusive gifts and perks await them upon visiting any of the Rockwell sales lounges.

Let Rockwell be your home for the holidays and experience the magic of Christmas cheer, done Rockwell!
