Through this partnership, patients who work within and around the industrial park can experience innovative and expert eye care from EyeSite’s optometrists at affordable rates.

Positioned as a referral center for the full-service clinic found inside SFCMC, EyeSite’s services are focused on providing safety, comfort and convenience to industrial park employees and their families.

EyeSite advocates preventive eye care that focuses on the use of proper eyewear and instilling good vision habits, and diagnosing and treating eye conditions early. It offers standard eyeglass frames, lenses and contact lenses, but it will also offer specific eyewear needs such as safety goggles with prescription and customized eyewear services designed to align with companies’ occupational health and safety standards.

In line with its tagline,“SerbisyongSulit,” the Oasis branch will also offer EyeScan, a pioneering eye disease prescreening service. Through a simple 10minute test, doctors and medical staff can detect if a patient has signs of cataract, glaucoma and cornea or retina problems.

“Through this technology, we can help in preventing sightthreatening diseases that could potentially cripple the livelihood of the family. The cost and time spent to take the test is minimal, but the benefit is far-reaching,” says Asian Eye president Benjamin Liboro.

For patients that are found to have signs of eye conditions, they will be referred to the EyeSite branch in SFCMC for full diagnosis and treatment. The clinic offers adult and pediatric eye checkups and diagnostic procedures as well as outpatient procedures like cataract surgery, pterygium (pugita) removal and retina injections.

According to Asian Eye vice president and general manager Alwin Sta. Rosa, “many eye conditions begin with blurring of vision, and we want to make sure that each patient is given the benefit of an overall eye health check.”

EyeSite will also offer its services through customized annual physical exam packages with SFCMC. Benefits will include flexible payment schemes and access to eyewear packages that offer high-quality frames and lenses from German lens manufacturer and EyeSite partner Carl Zeiss.

EyeSite by Asian Eye Institute is located at the ground floor of Oasis Commercial Center. It is open Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For inquiries, call 364-3287 or 950-8366 or like EyeSitePH on Facebook. (Story/Photos by: Audrey Trinidad)
