“Living the Values: Honoring Commitment and Service” was the theme of the 2025 Lopez Service Awards (LSA) that celebrated 17 awardees on Aug. 15, 2025.
This event recognized annual milestones from five to 30 years, highlighting the loyalty and commitment of Kapamilya employees.
This year’s longest-serving awardee was Rudy Icoy of Lopez Inc. (LI), who marked 30 years of service. Icoy’s career journey from his early days at INAECAgro Industrial Corporation to his current role in regulatory compliance and property administration reflects his dedication and active involvement in Lopez Group-wide activities.
In total, LI honored seven awardees, including a special recognition to Benjamin R. Lopez for his 20 years of service. INAEC Aviation Corporation also honored seven employees, while Eugenio Lopez Foundation Inc. (ELFI) recognized two. Lopez Holdings Corporation had one awardee, bringing the total to 17 Kapamilya awardees across the Group.
In his keynote message, Federico R. Lopez (FRL), chairman and CEO of Lopez Holdings and president of LI, emphasized the importance of clarity and purpose amid rapid global shifts. He noted that the next five years would bring even deeper changes than the past three decades, urging employees to “buckle up” for the transformative journey ahead.
The program began with a Holy Mass led by Fr. Tito Caluag, hosts Miguel Lopez and Carla Paras-Sison guided the celebration, while homegrown talents from INAEC delighted the audience with musical performances.
The 2025 Lopez Service Awards stood as a testament to the Group’s unwavering appreciation for its employees, its most valuable partners in building a future of excellence, resilience and regeneration.
