Electronic Security Solutions implements an integrated RFID and facial recognition system to enhance employee safety
ELECTRONIC Security Solutions (ESS), a business unit of the LINKED Group, has officially secured a major RFID and facial recognition-based emergency employee tracking project with First Philec Inc.
The project focuses on the deployment of an integrated access control and identification system designed to enhance employee safety, accountability and emergency response readiness. The solution combines modern turnstile access, door access control and facial recognition cameras to enable accurate tracking of personnel entry, exit and last known location during both normal operations and emergency situations.
As part of the initiative, ESS will implement a secure and scalable RFID/NFC-based access control system for approximately 200 personnel, supporting regulated entry and exit of employees; the replacement of the existing tripod turnstile with a modern one-lane swing gate turnstile barrier; and door access control systems for entry and exit points of the production area.
As well, ESS will install four facial recognition cameras at entry points, exit points anddesignated emergency areas to support identity verification and emergency head count validation; and centralized monitoring and reporting tools, with SDKready systems to allow integration with IT’s emergency tracking and reporting platforms.
“This partnership with First Philec reflects our strong focus on life-safety-driven security solutions,” said Jeffrey Bagaoisan, ESS officer. “By integrating RFID access control, smart turnstiles, door access and facial recognition, we are enabling faster, more accurate employee tracking, especially during emergency situations where visibility and response time are critical.”
With this project, ESS further strengthens its reputation as a trusted provider of integrated electronic security systems, delivering end-toend solutions that combine access control, surveillance, facial recognition and system integration tailored to the evolving needs of enterprise and industrial environments nationwide.
