FOUR security agencies of the LINKED Group successfully completed the Stage 2 certification audit for ISO 9001:2015, with audit results demonstrating their readiness and qualification for certification.
The certification audits, conducted by Bureau Veritas, covered Goldlink Security and Services Inc., Silver Link Security and Investigative Services Inc., Southlink Security and Investigative Services Inc. and Powerlink Security and Investigative Services Inc. The audit assessed whether the agencies’ management systems conform to applicable standards, are effectively implemented and maintained, and are capable of achieving organizational objectives while meeting statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
The audits covered both head office operations and selected detachments, providing a comprehensive assessment of how the agencies’ quality management systems are translated into actual operations.
At the detachment level, the audit examined site management, security and investigative operations management, site supply management, inventory and storage controls, and equipment maintenance.
At the head office level, key functions reviewed included top management, administration/supply management, procurement, security and investigative operations management support, and human resources.
The results reflected a strong level of conformity across the agencies. From the report’s overall conclusion, no major nonconformities were raised, while the minor issues identified were considered manageable through timely corrective actions. The audit further confirmed that the agencies have established effective systems and processes and demonstrated readiness for certification and commitment to continual improvement.
The Stage 2 certification audit results represent an important milestone for the LINKED Group and its security agencies. More than achieving conformity with an international standard, the results demonstrate the group’s continuing efforts to institutionalize quality across its management, support and security operations.
The audit’s overall assessment affirmed that the four agencies have effective systems and processes in place, demonstrated strong compliance with quality management standards and showed readiness for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
