FPH: Cash divs on the way

The board of directors of First Philippine Holdings Corporation approved on Nov. 10 the declaration of cash dividends on common shares in the amount of P1.10 per common share with a record date of Nov. 25, 2022, payable on or before Dec. 20, 2022.
