Terms and Conditions:

  1. Patients can upgrade their lenses to a higher index material at no extra cost within the same lens design and protection.
  2. The eligible upgrades are from 1.50 index to 1.60 index and from 1.60 index to 1.67 index. Upgrades from 1.67 to 1.74 index are not included in this promotion.

  3. The promotion applies to the following SHAMIR designs:
    Autograph Intelligence, Autograph III, and SV III As Worn. It is also applicable across the following protection coating – Clear, Blue Zero, Transitions Gen 8, Transitions Xtractive, and Polarized.

  4. The price charged will be based on the price equivalent of one index lower. For example, if upgrading from 1.50 to 1.60 index, the price charged will be that of the 1.50 index.

  5. In the purchase of goods and services subject to promotional discounts, Senior
    Citizens (SC) or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) can avail of either the offered discount above from the optical providers or the 20% discount with VAT exemption, whichever is greater, under their valid SC ID or PWD ID.
