Sale of electricity accounted for 82% and 85% of FPH revenues in 1Q2025 and 1Q2024, respectively. Its real estate business was lifted by Rockwell Land Corporation’s higher sales bookings while sale of merchandise also saw an upswing in the volume of electrical transformers sold.

First Gen attributable recurring net income at $77M

First Gen Corporation reported a 4% decrease in attributable recurring net income for the first quarter of 2025 at $77 million (P4.49 billion) in comparison to $81 million (P4.52 billion) for the same quarter in 2024.
