SKYcable logoTO ALL OUR VALUED SUBSCRIBERS:
We, at SKY Cable Corporation, understand how important certain means of communication are to our day-to-day living. As much as we want to provide our subscribers the best services possible to address these needs, causes beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather conditions and insufficient power supply, have affected our operations.
The aftermath of Typhoon Glenda caused power outage in most areas which affected the restoration of cable and internet signal. Our network and services are highly dependent on sufficient power supply. While electricity may be restored in various households, some areas from which your signal travels through may still be down.
SKY wish to assure all our valued customers that we are taking all the necessary measures to restore cable and internet connections in your respective areas. Our technical teams are currently on ground doing site assessments and immediate service restoration in affected areas caused by typhoon Glenda. Our sincerest apologies but rest assured that we are expediting signal restoration in all areas for our cable TV and broadband services. With the exception of isolated cases, we are expected to have normal operations by July 25.
Please be informed that we will also be extending rebates to affected subscribers based on the number of days your subscription has been down due to Typhoon Glenda.
