(EBWPC) and a syndicate of foreign and local banks. The loan facility is for the construction of EBWPC’s 150-megawatt Burgos Wind Project, the country’s largest wind farm located in Ilocos Norte. EBWPC, an affiliate of Energy Development Corp. (EDC), earlier reached financial close for the 15-year term financing with the group of foreign and local banks led by Eksport Kredit Fonden, Denmark’s export credit agency, which guaranteed $150M of the dollar loan component.
