ABS-CBN LogoABS-CBN Corporation, during its board meeting on February 28, 2019, approved a cash dividend of P0.004 per preferred share. The amount represents the 2% per annum dividend based on the issue price of the preferred shares of P0.20 each.

The board also declared a cash dividend of P0.55 per common share.

The cash dividends are payable on or before March 26, 2019 to all stockholders of record as of March 14, 2019.
