The company uses a nontoxic, noncombustible, and environment-friendly compound for fogging and misting premises, effectively killing airborne microorganisms, including the SARS CoV-2 which causes COVID-19, and any viruses left on surfaces. 

“The compound we use is registered with Safe Work Australia, the equivalent of the US Environmental Protection Agency. It does not contain bleach or chlorine, which can be caustic when not properly diluted,” Tibayan said.

Regular disinfection is recommended for high- traffic areas such as lobbies, foyers, elevators, hallways and lounges. For homes, disinfection may be done less often depending on the traffic in the household, or if an occupant tests positive for SARS CoV-2.
