At the organizational meeting of the board of directors of Lopez Holdings Corporation held on Oct. 2, 2020, the board approved the declaration of a cash dividend of P0.10 per share to stockholders of record as of Oct. 16, 2020, and payable on or before Nov. 3, 2020.

The board of Rockwell Land Corporation on Sept. 30, 2020 also approved the declaration of cash dividends of P0.0483 per share to all common shareholders and P0.0006 per share to all preferred shareholders representing 6% per annum cumulative dividends for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The dividends will be payable to shareholders of record as of Oct. 15, 2020 on or before Nov. 10, 2020.
