TGServices Inc. (TGSI), one of the country’s leading service providers, earned its ISO 9001:2015 certification following the successful establishment of its quality management system (QMS) amidst the peril of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The certification was issued by BRS, a US-based international certification body operating through a global network of BRS-certified professionals.
TGSI underwent an extensive two-day external audit, ensuring compliance with government regulations and following international quality standards.
Despite the adversities brought by the pandemic, TGSI worked on its ISO QMS certification with the support of top management and the commitment of employees to strengthen and improve their services.
