LINKED Group held its 2nd Best-Best Competition designed to assess the performance of its agencies by conducting inspections across all facets of security operations, including but not limited to compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to client’s terms of reference and to company standard operating procedures; ensure the company’s objectives to provide excellent service to clients are met; and recognize the most outstanding agency and detachment for their exemplary performance and commitment to delivering top-notch services.
Detachment inspections were conducted from June 2024 to November 2024, covering 27 security detachments belonging to Goldlink Security, Southlink Security, Silver Link Security and Powerlink Security. The detachments were categorized into A (with 31 security personnel and above) and B (with 15-30 security personnel). The inspection process encompassed operational compliance, showdown inspection, admin inspection, ranks inspection and general knowledge examination.
To formally conclude the competition, on Dec. 7, the group organized a culminating activity, “Pagpupugay at Pasasalamat,” to express recognition and appreciation to the security personnel for their dedication and hard work as the frontline force of the security group.
Security guard Evertson Abril Culile from the Energy Development Corporation (EDC)-Leyte Geothermal Project Detachment was the topnotcher in the general knowledge examination, garnering a perfect score. The best detachment under Category B was awarded again to EDCWind Burgos Power Corporation Detachment from Powerlink Security, while the best detachment under Category A was secured by The Grove by Rockwell Detachment, also from Powerlink Security. Lastly, the Best Agency award was presented to Powerlink Security.
