Before joining INAEC, Ampong was general manager and board member of Alpha Aviation Group (formerly Clark Aviation).He finished his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management and his bachelor of science degree at the Philippine Military Academy.He holds the rank of major in the Philippine Army and was assistant program director of the Department of National Defense.

Capt. Gilbert TabberrahCapt. Gilbert Tabberrah
Head, Operations and Maintenance

Capt. Tabberrah was INAEC’s chief pilot and sales and marketing head before assuming his current position in 2007. He finished his BS Mechanical Engineering degree at Adamson University and completed several training programs here and abroad. Prior to joining the Lopez Group, he was a check pilot for the Air Transportation Office and line captain of Philippine Airlines.

Herminio BrionHerminio Brion
Consultant, Maintenance

Brion joined the Lopez Group in 1968. He started as an aircraft mechanic of Meralco and rose to officer in charge and aviation manager of INAEC in 2000. He finished an associate degree in aircraft maintenance engineering. In 2011, he was awarded a certificate for completing the training to become a FlightSafety Master Technician for the Hawker Beechcraft King Air300/350.
