The Mga Kwento ng Klima (MKK) Short Films from 2022 to 2024 are now accessible to wider audiences through JuanFlix, the official streaming platform of the Film Development Council of the Philippines.

The MKK Shorts is a mobile filmmaking competition launched by Oscar M. Lopez (OML) Center that aims to showcase climate change stories from Filipino communities, highlighting lived experiences, local impacts and responses to a changing climate.

The MKK Shorts 2022 and 2023 films are available for free streaming under JuanFlix’s free tab. Viewers can access the films by creating a free account and navigating to the free section, where the MKK Shorts collection is featured.

The MKK Shorts 2024 films, on the other hand, are available on the platform until May 31, 2026, in line with the celebration of Earth Day; the films can be streamed for free under the special features section.

The MKK Shorts competition forms part of the ongoing efforts of OML Center to bridge climate science and storytelling, supporting broader awareness and understanding of climate impacts and responses in the Philippines through film.
