Now that Rockwell is all lit up for the holidays, the season comes alive in every corner. The glow of Christmas lights at Power Plant Mall, the towering decorated trees and cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee make it feel like home. There’s something about this time of year that makes the season feel a little brighter.
With the lights, decorations and quiet moments with family, Rockwell has plenty in store this season for everyone to enjoy, see and experience.
Three cars for 30 years
As a yearly tradition, Rockwell’s holiday season kicks off every year with the Christmas Car Raffle. This year, the raffle is bigger and more exciting than ever. Marking 30 years of Rockwell, shoppers have the chance to win not one, not two, but three luxury cars— three cars for three decades.
How you can win: In the regular raffle, participants can take home either the Lexus GX Overtrail in Moon Desert or the Mercedes-Benz GLE 400e PHEV in Selenite Gray. For those aiming even higher, the exclusive raffle offers additional entries for every P500,000 cumulative spend, giving shoppers a chance to win the Mercedes-Benz GLE 400e PHEV in Obsidian Black. To make it even more thrilling, the winners will be picking their winning car on the day of the draw.
Joining is simple—just shop and spend P3,000 at participating Power Plant Mall stores, P2,000 at Rockwell Center locators or P5,000 at The Marketplace. The raffle runs from Nov. 3, 2025 to Jan. 31, 2026, with the winners to be revealed on Feb. 1, 2026. There’s plenty of time to shop, celebrate and dream big this season.
30 days of holiday surprises
The fun doesn’t stop there. After 25 Thrills delighted shoppers last year, this year it’s 30 Thrills of Christmas—five extra chances to win, celebrate and make every day of December feel like Christmas morning.
From Dec. 1 to 30, 2025, Rockwellist users can unwrap a new surprise every day, from luxurious treats to useful gadgets and unforgettable experiences. Think of it as an advent calendar, only bigger and better. While the Christmas Car Raffle continues to be a highlight, these daily surprises add an extra layer of thrill to the season.
Shoppers simply need to download the Rockwellist app and start earning points every time they shop or dine across Rockwell destinations—including Power Plant Mall, Santolan Town Plaza, The Grove Retail Row, and The Pavilions at Nara in Bacolod—to unlock their chance to join in on the daily fun.
No holiday season at Rockwell would be complete without a little extra magic. Guests can look forward to visits from everyone’s favorite furry friend, Rocky the Panda, who will be spreading cheer alongside Santa Claus throughout the mall.
Catch Rocky every Saturday and Sunday in December, with an extra-special visit from Santa on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It’s the perfect chance for photos, hugs and a little festive magic for the whole family.
Shining bright
At Santolan Town Plaza, the Christmas season officially began on Nov. 17, 2025, as the community came together at The Pavilions for the annual tree lighting ceremony. Now in its fifth year, this well-loved tradition has become a favorite for San Juan residents, bringing families, friends and neighbors together to celebrate the joy of the holidays.
Mike Lopez, senior vice president for office commercial development; Christine Coqueiro, vice president for retail development; Tracey Castillo, vice president and chief marketing officer; and Jesse Tan, vice president for office commercial development were joined by local officials including Mayor Francis Zamora and Vice Mayor Angelo Agcaoili, along with members of the San Juan City council and valued tenants who helped make the event possible.
The evening opened with a performance by Serenade Society, filling the air with festive melodies that set the tone for the night.
Before the countdown, Zamora shared a few words of gratitude and holiday cheer. Soon after, the muchawaited moment arrived— the lighting of the 25-foot Christmas tree adorned with 250 ornaments and 45,000 LED lights, all completed in just two nights. As the tree lit up, the plaza sparkled with warmth and color, a truly memorable start to the season at Santolan.
The evening also celebrated Santolan Town Plaza’s milestones and new openings this year, with exciting additions such as Wahunomi, a café and bar; Mid Kid, serving hearty sandwiches; Café Mary Grace, known for its comforting classics; A1 Family Shabu Shabu, perfect for shared meals; Lulou Wellness, a space for older adults to stay active; Babymama, a trusted stop for new parents; and Browza, offering expert beauty services.
Looking ahead, a range of new wellness concepts is set to open soon, bringing more experience-led offerings to the town. These additions promise even more to discover at the retail hub, offering fresh ways for patrons and visitors alike to connect, dine and unwind.
