Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca, known as “BreKa,” clinched the Big Winner Duo title of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition” during the Big Night at the New Frontier Theater, making history as the first Kapuso-Kapamilya duo to win in the show’s special season.
BreKa secured their victory with 33.03% of the total combined public votes. Each received a P1 million cash prize.
Following BreKa, “RaWi” (Ralph de Leon and Will Ashey) was named the Second Big Placer Duo with 25.88%, each taking home P500,000. They were followed by “CharEs” (Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo) in third place with 22.91% and a prize of P300,000 each, while “AZVer” (AZ Martinez and River Joseph) rounded out the Big 4 with 8.77%, receiving P200,000 each.
“PBB Celebrity Collab Edition” broke new ground as the first season to feature celebrity housemates from ABS-CBN’s Star Magic and GMA’s Sparkle, launched in celebration of the 20th anniversary of “Pinoy Big Brother.” The season, which began in March and was extended for almost a month, introduced a refreshed format centered on duos and cross-network camaraderie.
