SOUTHLINK Security and Investigative Services Inc. completed a comprehensive mobilization program for Nippon Micrometal Corporation Philippines in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, highlighted by a series of predeployment activities designed to prepare security personnel for their official assignment and operational responsibilities.
Prior to the actual deployment, Southlink conducted preparatory activities to ensure that security personnel were fully equipped with the knowledge, discipline and understanding necessary for professional security operations. These activities included the new employee orientation which introduced newly hired personnel to the company’s policies, code of conduct, operational standards and organizational culture. Meanwhile, the pre-deployment orientation seminar focused on client-specific guidelines, deployment protocols, workplace expectations and security procedures.
As part of Southlink’s commitment to employee welfare, the human resources team also conducted a benefits cascading session under the “HR on the Go” initiative. The activity provided deployed personnel with important information regarding company benefits, government mandated contributions, compensation procedures and employee support services.
The official mobilization activity was led by Southlink president Nap Briñas IV and commenced at 5 a.m. on May 12, 2026, through a formal guard mounting ceremony. During the activity, all 30 deployed personnel underwent thorough inspections covering grooming standards, completeness of paraphernalia and operational preparedness.
Following the completion of the guard mounting and final inspection, the deployed security personnel, along with issued operational equipment, were formally presented to Nippon Micrometal representatives.
