ON Aug. 1, 2025, the LINKED Group expanded its footprint in the banking and financial services sector through a strategic security partnership with Cushman & Wakefield Philippines Inc., a corporate real estate, property and facilities management services provider of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Philippines and Global Business Services Philippines.
The partnership was made possible through a client endorsement from OCS Facilities Services Philippines Inc., a long-standing partner of the LINKED Group. The recommendation opened doors to Cushman & Wakefield Philippines, underscoring the power of performance-driven referrals and solidifying the LINKED Group’s reputation as a service provider that delivers trust and operational excellence.
Ten highly trained security personnel were deployed across three key SCB locations—Ayala Triangle in Makati, Makati Sky Plaza and Eton Centris in Quezon City.
The transition was carried out smoothly, with all processes coordinated in close partnership with Vhincent Agapito, SCB country health, safety and wellness/security lead.
The security personnel deployed in SCB passed the comprehensive background check that includes global sanctions and enforcement dataset and adverse media set. Ahead of the deployment, the LINKED Group ensured that all personnel underwent a comprehensive pre-deployment orientation seminar, equipping them with critical knowledge in areas such as security and safety awareness, emergency response, bomb threat management and active shooter preparedness. The seminar also emphasized customer service, ensuring that guards are brand ambassadors on the front line.
In addition to operational training, the newly assigned guards participated in a security orientation and administrative briefing. The initiative guaranteed that each team member arrived at their post fully aligned with both company standards and client expectations.
On deployment day, a formal rank inspection and guard mounting ceremony were conducted to mark the official assumption of duties. Equipment turnover processes were completed thoroughly to ensure transparency and accountability.
