At their regular meeting on July 14, 2025, the board of directors of Rockwell Land Corporation approved the declaration of cash dividends of P0.1212 per share to common shareholders and P0.0006 per share to preferred shareholders representing 6% per annum cumulative dividends for the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
The dividends will be distributed on or before Sept. 2, 2025 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 7, 2025.
